Abstract
Cardiovascular diseases remain a leading cause of death worldwide,imposing a significant burden on both society and healthcare systems.Conventional approaches to treating cardiovascular diseases primarily focus on symptom management,often overlooking early-stage and subclinical interventions.Based on long-term clinical observation,Professor Zhang Boli's theory of"dampness-turbidity-phlegm-fluid related diseases"systematically elucidates the pathological evolution and pathogenic mechanisms following the abnormal transformation of body fluids,aligning closely with the progression of the cardiovascular event chain.The theory posits that in the early stages of cardiovascular diseases,fluid pathogens manifest insidiously,leading to metabolic disturbances and vascular endothelial dysfunction,which warrant early intervention with aromatic herbs.In the middle stage,phlegm-turbidity obstructs the blood vessels,shifting from functional impairment to structural damage,necessitating therapeutic methods to clear vessels,descend turbidity,resolve phlegm,and disperse stagnation.In the late stage,prolonged accumulation of Yin pathogens may trigger heart and kidney failure,requiring treatments to warm and unblock Yang Qi,promote diuresis,and reduce edema.This study systematically analyzes the correlation between the stages of the cardiovascular event chain and the pathological characteristics described in the theory of"dampness-turbidity-phlegm-fluid related diseases",providing novel clinical perspectives and multidimensional strategies for early intervention and comprehensive management of cardiovascular diseases.关键词
