Application of Professor Jiang Liangduo's Theory of"Preserving Body Fluids and Maintaining Stomach Qi"in the Integrated Chinese-Western Medicine Treatment of Sepsis
摘要
Abstract
Sepsis is a disease commonly encountered in emergency departments,characterized by indeterminate treatment strategies and a high mortality rate,leading to generally poor patient prognosis.Based on decades of experience in emergency and critical care,integrated with classical Chinese medicine theories,Professor Jiang Liangduo proposed the therapeutic theory of"preserving body fluids and maintaining stomach Qi".This paper discusses the application of this theory in the integrated Chinese-Western medicine treatment of sepsis.It emphasizes that preserving body fluids is not merely about fluid infusion but focuses more on their quality and function to achieve fluid resuscitation and correct fluid balance,while also considering"strengthening healthy Qi"during"expelling pathogenic factors".Maintaining stomach Qi is crucial for enhancing the body's protective functions and immunity.The two are interconnected through the function of Qi transformation,indicating that Qi transformation is a key focus in the treatment of sepsis patients.By integrating modern research and ancient Chinese medical texts,this paper explores the application of this theory in sepsis treatment,providing theoretical support for optimizing treatment plans,improving patient survival rates,and enhancing prognosis.关键词
