Efficacy of Anlotinib Combined with Almonertinib in the Treatment of Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer and its Effects on Angiogenesis Regulators and Cellular Immunity

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of anlotinib combined with almonertinib in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),and its effects on angiogenesis regulators and cellular immunity.Methods:A total of 92 patients with advanced NSCLC admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to April 2025 were retrospectively enrolled and divided into control group(almonertinib monotherapy)and study group(anlotinib combined with almonertinib)according to treatment regimens,with 46 cases in each group.Angiogenesis factors,cellular immunity-related indexes,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF),transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)and CD8+in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of interferon-γ(IFN-γ),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),CD4+and CD4+/CD8+ratio were significantly higher in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The objective remission rate(ORR)and disease control rate(DCR)in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(71.74%vs 45.65%,86.96%vs 69.57%,P<0.05),while the total incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower(28.26%vs 52.17%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Anlotinib combined with almonertinib can effectively improve the anti-tumor efficacy,inhibit angiogenesis,improve cellular immune status and show better safety in patients with advanced NSCLC.关键词
