Abstract
Objective:To explore the impact on the postoperative recovery of ginkgolides and nimodipine on patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods:A retrospective study was conducted in this study, and 280 patients after HICH in a hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the research object.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into control group(nimodipine treatment)and observation group(ginkgolide combined with nimodipine treatment),with 140 patients in each group. The neurological function[scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)],blood brain barrier(BBB)and Serum biochemical factors[serum neuron specific enolase(NSE)were compared between the two groups.NSE),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),high sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP)]and patient prognosis[Glasgow Outcome Scale(GOS)scores],and the incidence of adverse reactions was counted. Results:The NIHSS scores of the two groups were statistically different in time factor, group factor and interaction between time and group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment, the NIHSS score,BBB index,NSE,TNF-α and hs-CRP levels in the two groups decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of patients in the observation group(65.00%)was higher than that in the control group(50.71%,P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ginkgolide combined with nimodipine can improve the neurological function, promote the recovery of blood-brain barrier function, effectively reduce the levels of serum NSE and inflammatory factors, and improve the long-term excellent and good prognosis, without increasing the risk of adverse reactions, with good safety.关键词
