依折麦布联合阿托伐他汀对缺血性脑卒中患者低密度脂蛋白胆固醇达标率、疗效及安全性的影响
Effects of Ezetimibe Combined with Atorvastatin on Low-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol Target Achievement Rate,Efficacy,and Safety in Patients with Ischemic Stroke

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effects of ezetimibe combined with atorvastatin on the low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)target achievement rate,Efficacy,and safety in patients with ischemic stroke(IS).Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on 111 patients with cerebrovascular disease admitted to Zhengzhou Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from January 2021 to August 2023.According to different treatment regimens,patients were divided into a control group(atorvastatin calcium tablets 20 mg/d,n=54)and an observation group(ezetimibe 10 mg/d combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets 20 mg/d,n=57).Compare the levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),and LDL-C between the pre-and post-treatment groups,as well as the LDL-C achievement rate,rehospitalization rate,clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions.Results:After 6 and 12 months of treatment,HDL-C levels increased in both groups,and the observation group had higher levels than the control group(P<0.05).TC,TG,and LDL-C levels decreased in both groups,and the observation group had lower levels than the control group(P<0.05).The LDL-C target achievement rate increased in both groups,and the observation group had a higher rate than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of hospital readmission in the observation group(12.28%)was lower than that in the control group(27.78%,P<0.05).The total clinical efficacy rate was higher in the observation group(87.72%)than in the control group(72.22%,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with atorvastatin 20 mg/d alone,ezetimibe 10 mg/d combined with atorvastatin 20 mg/d can improve the lipid profile,increase the LDL-C target achievement rate,reduce the risk of hospital readmission,and does not increase the risk of adverse reactions in patients with ischemic stroke.关键词
