高钙粉煤灰物化性质对CO2矿化潜力的影响分析
Analysis of the Impact of Physicochemical Properties on the CO2 Mineralization Potential of High Calcium Fly Ash

Abstract
Taking the high calcium fly ash as the research object,the influence of its physicochemical properties on the potential for CO2 mineralization was analyzed.The particle size,morphology and composition of the fly ash were characterized by laser particle size analysis,scanning electron microscope,X-Ray Fluorescence(XRF),and X-Ray Diffraction(XRD),and compared with low-calcium fly ash.The results showed that the high calcium fly ash was mainly composed of particles within 20~100 μm,with few fine particles and a small specific surface area.The particles were mostly irregular aggregates,resulting in low mass transfer efficiency.The content of SiO2 and Al2O3 exceeded 60%,encapsulating calcium elements.SO3 and calcium formed CaSO4,and the free CaO accounted for only 11.7%.The theoretical carbon sequestration rate was 4~5 times that of low-calcium fly ash.The synergistic constraints of physicochemical properties were the main reason for the low carbon sequestration efficiency.关键词
