Abstract
A high-sensitivity detection process optimization system based on ion chromatography was constructed to address the problem of low concentration of trace anions in groundwater and insufficient detection sensitivity caused by complex matrix interference.By synergistically optimizing the chromatographic column,eluent composition and gradient program,inhibitory conductivity detection,sample pretreatment,and online enrichment technology,the separation efficiency and signal response capability have been significantly improved.The results showed that the optimized anion separation degree was not less than 1.5,the signal-to-noise ratio was increased by 30%~40%,the background noise was reduced by about 60%,and the detection limit of the method was reduced to 0.05 μg/L.At the same time,the method has good repeatability,with a response deviation controlled within±5%in highly mineralized groundwater,demonstrating strong stability and anti-interference ability.关键词
