新型纸基除湿材料的制备及其性能研究
Preparation and Properties of a Novel Paper-based Desiccant Material

Abstract
This study presented a novel paper-based desiccant material fabricated through a wet-forming process.A porous fibrous substrate was first prepared from bamboo pulp,glass fibers,and dual-melting-point polyethylene terephthalate(PET)fibers,and then impregnated with sodium polyacrylate(PAAS)resin.The effects of fiber composition,hot-pressing time,and PAAS retention on the material's structure and properties were systematically investigated.Results showed that the optimal performance was achieved with a mass ratio of 4∶3∶3 for the dual-melting-point PET fibers,bamboo pulp,and chopped glass fibers,respectively,after hot-pressing at 92℃for 8 min and with a resin re-tention of 140%,exhibited optimal overall performance.Its tensile index was 29.5 N·m/g,stiffness 1.22 mN·m,and burst strength 149 kPa.Under conditions of 30℃and 90%relative humidity(RH),the equilibrium moisture absorption rate reached 76%.After moisture absorption,the tensile index,stiffness,and burst strength were maintained at 7.44 N·m/g,0.70 mN·m,and 149 kPa,respectively,along with demonstrat-ing good low-temperature moisture release characteristics.Remarkably,its moisture absorption capacity remained virtually unchanged over 50 absorption-desorption cycles,indicating exceptional cycling stability.关键词
