聚酰胺多胺/二氧化钛负载活性炭纸的制备及其甲醛去除性能研究
Study on the Preparation of Polyamide Polyamine/Titanium Dioxide-loaded Activated Carbon Paper and Its Formaldehyde Removal Performance

Abstract
In this study,amino-terminated polyamide polyamine(PPC)was prepared via polycondensation reaction.After coordination reac-tion with titanium dioxide(TiO₂),activated carbon paper was treated by impregnation method to successfully prepare PPC/TiO₂-loaded acti-vated carbon paper,and its formaldehyde removal performance was systematically investigated.The results showed that pure TiO₂ particles were prone to agglomeration,with particle sizes concentrated around 5 058 nm.After composite modification with PPC,the particle size of TiO₂ particles was significantly reduced to about 27 nm,and the agglomeration problem was effectively alleviated.The loaded activated car-bon paper could achieve efficient formaldehyde removal through the synergistic effect of physical adsorption,chemical adsorption and photo-catalytic degradation.Under the irradiation of a 300 W ballast high-pressure mercury lamp,it exhibited rapid,efficient and recyclable form-aldehyde purification performance:when the loading amount of PPC/TiO₂ was 20 g/m²,the formaldehyde removal rate of the loaded activated carbon paper reached 40%within 30 min,and the saturated removal rate was as high as 95.7%.In addition,it had excellent cyclic regener-ation performance,and the saturated formaldehyde removal rate could still be maintained at 90.8%after 5 photocatalytic cycles.Further-more,compared with pure activated carbon paper,the air permeability of the loaded activated carbon paper remained basically unchanged,and the tensile index was increased by 17%,which had both good air permeability and high mechanical strength,showing potential for prac-tical application.关键词
