摘要
Abstract
Primary hyperparathyroidism(PHPT)is an endocrine disorder resulting from intrinsic parathyroid gland pathology,which leads to excessive synthesis and secretion of parathyroid hormone(PTH),thereby causing disturbances in calcium and phosphate metabolism.Serum uric acid(SUA)is the final product of purine metabolism in the human body and is associated with a variety of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases.Increasing evidences suggest a close relationship and interaction between PHPT and SUA metabolism,which may further impact the prognosis of PHPT patients.This re-view aimed to explore the relationship between PHPT and hyperuricemia,with the goal of providing valuable insights for the treatment of PHPT.关键词
