免疫衰老与炎症衰老驱动骨质疏松症的机制进展
Mechanism of osteoporosis driven by immunosenescence and inflammaging
摘要
Abstract
Osteoporosis(OP)is a common metabolic bone disease with a high disability among the elderly.The traditional view is that the occurrence of OP is mainly related to sex hormone deficiency,abnormal calcium and phosphorus metabolism and imbalanced bone remodeling.However,recent studies have shown that age-related immune dysfunction(immunosenescence)and persistent low-grade chronic inflammation(inflammaging)play a key driving role in the onset of OP.The aging of the immune system not only weakens the body's defense capabilities,but also leads to the sustained release of pro-inflammatory cytokines,accelerating bone loss.This article aimed to elucidate the mecha-nisms by which immune aging,inflammatory aging and their interactions synergistically drive the occurrence and devel-opment of OP.关键词
