乡村全面振兴背景下酿酒余糟还田土壤改良效应研究
摘要
Abstract
In order to promote the coordinated development of resource utilization of wine-making by-products and poor soil remediation,this study systematically explored the classification,core component characteristics,soil improvement mechanisms and environmental effects of distillers grains based on the needs of rural revitalization across the board.The results show that there are significant differences in the composition of different types of distillers'grains,and can be repaired by replenishing nutrients,modifying structure,adjusting pH,and absorbing heavy metals.However,excessive application can easily aggravate risks such as eutrophication of water bodies,which provides scientific support for the precise application of distillers'grains and the formulation of technical specifications for resource utilization.关键词
