Simultaneous content determination of twelve constituents in Wenyang Jiuxin Pills by LC-MS/MS

Abstract
AIM To establish an LC-MS/MS method for the simultaneous content determination of ginsenoside Re,ginsenoside Rg1,glycyrrhetinic acid,liquiritin,6-gingerol,8-gingerol,10-gingerol,poricoic acid A,demethoxycurcumin,benzoylaconine,benzoylmesaconine and benzoylhypacoitine in Wenyang Jiuxin Pills.METHODS The analysis was performed on a 40℃thermostatic Agilent poroshell 120 EC-C18 column(4.6 mm×100 mm,2.7 μm),with the mobile phase comprising of water(containing 0.1%formic acid)-acetonitrile flowing at 450 μL/min in a gradient elution manner,and electron spray ionization source was adopted in positive and negative ion scanning with multiple reaction monitoring mode.RESULTS Twelve constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.994 4),whose average recoveries were 96.91%-101.34%with the RSDs of 2.23%-4.63%.CONCLUSION This simple,sensitive and reliable method can be used for the quality control of Wenyang Jiuxin Pills.关键词
