摘要

Abstract

In view of the potential risks posed by emerging contaminants,this article systematically reviewed the contamination status of six emerging contaminants in tea,namely polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,perchlorates,phthalate esters,pyrrolizidine alkaloids,anthraquinones,and per-and polyfluorinated alkyl substances.It summarized the analytical techniques used to detect these six emerging contaminants in tea,with a particular focus on risk assessment.Furthermore,the study explored potential strategies for the prevention and control of emerging contaminants in tea,thereby providing a scientific basis for the green development of the tea industry and the safety of international trade.
