Research Progress on Detection Methods and Risk Analysis of Major Emerging Contaminants such as PAEs in Tea
摘要
Abstract
In view of the potential risks posed by emerging contaminants,this article systematically reviewed the contamination status of six emerging contaminants in tea,namely polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,perchlorates,phthalate esters,pyrrolizidine alkaloids,anthraquinones,and per-and polyfluorinated alkyl substances.It summarized the analytical techniques used to detect these six emerging contaminants in tea,with a particular focus on risk assessment.Furthermore,the study explored potential strategies for the prevention and control of emerging contaminants in tea,thereby providing a scientific basis for the green development of the tea industry and the safety of international trade.关键词
