起垄覆盖对黄土高原苹果园土壤性质和微生物群落的影响
Effects of ridge covering on soil properties and microbial communities in apple orchards on the Loess Plateau

Abstract
Five treatments,namely double-slope gully covered with ground cloth,double-ridge gully covered with ground cloth,arched ridge covered with ground cloth,grass cover,and clean tillage as the control,were set in the apple orchards on the Loess Plateau.Combined with high-throughput sequencing technology,the effects of ridge covering on soil moisture distribution,physical and chemical properties,enzyme activities,and bacterial communities were studied.The results showed that the double-slope gully covered with ground cloth treatment significantly increased the soil water content in the 0-100 cm soil layer.The soil organic matter content,total nitrogen content,available nitrogen content,total carbon content,total phosphorus content,available potassium content,and total salt content all reached the highest values,while the soil pH value was the lowest.The activities of invertase and urease in the rhizosphere soil of the double-ridge gully covered with ground cloth treatment were significantly higher than those of the control.A relatively large number of species were observed under the double-slope gully covered with ground cloth treatment.Compared with the control,the relative abundances of Gemmatimonadota and Verrucomicrobiota decreased by 19.61%and 17.86%respectively,the SBR1031 group and S0134_terrestrial_group decreased by 23.08%and 39.76%respectively,while the OM190 group increased by 17.73%.The relative abundances of bacterial communities at the phylum level were significantly correlated with soil environmental factors,including pH value,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus,total potassium,and total salt content.In conclusion,the double-slope gully covered with ground cloth can optimize soil moisture distribution,improve soil physical and chemical properties,and regulate the microbial community structure.It is recommended to be popularized and applied in apple orchards on the Loess Plateau.关键词
