摘要

Abstract

Afoxolaner is a long-lasting oral and topical antiparasitic drug with rapid efficacy and high safety characteristics.In this article,A synthetic method suitable for industrial afoxolaner was studied.Intermediate 1of afoxolaner was was prepared by using 4-phenylpropiophenone and 2,2,2-trifluoroacetophenone as starting materials at temperatures between 75~80℃;Intermediate 1 of afoxolaner was dehydrated and cyclized to gave Intermediate 3,following being condensed with 2-amino-N-trifluoroethylacetamide to gave afoxolaner.The process technology was suitable for industrial afoxolaner withreadily available,inexpensive material and high content of products.
