Abstract
Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was employed to determine amantadine in chicken samples.The uncertainty,introduced by various factors in the detection process,including the preparation of standard series solutions,sample pretreatment,instrumental analysis,and measurement repeatability,was evaluated.The results indicated that when the concentration of amantadine in chicken sample is 4.90 μg/kg,the expanded uncertainty was 0.490 μg/kg(k=2).The preparation of standard series solutions,instrumental analysis,and spiked recoveries were identified as primary sources of the uncertainty.To reduce the introduced uncertainties and improve the detection accuracy,measures such as enhancing the test proficiency of operators,using qualified volumetric flasks,and regularly maintaining and calibrating pipettes and instruments can be implemented.关键词
