Research Progress on Molecular Biology Detection Methods of Porcine Circovirus
摘要
Abstract
Porcine circovirus(PCV)is the main pathogen causing post-weaning multisystemic wasting syndrome and various immunosuppressive diseases in pigs,causing significant economic losses to the global pig industry.Establishing efficient and accurate PCV detection methods is of great significance for effective prevention and control of the disease.However,due to the difficulty in its detection and typing,high-sensitivity techniques are usually required for determination.With the rapid development of molecular biology technology,more and more efficient technical options have been available for the detection and diagnosis of porcine circovirus disease.This article aims to systematically summarize the application progress of existing PCV molecular biology detection methods,analyze their technical principles,advantages and disadvantages,as well as their adaptability to field applications,in order to provide theoretical basis and technical reference for the clinical diagnosis,epidemiological monitoring and comprehensive prevention and control strategy formulation of porcine circovirus disease.关键词
