经颅强交流电刺激治疗青少年双相抑郁的疗效研究
Efficacy of high-intensity transcranial alternating current stimulation for bipolar depressive disorder in adolescents

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of high-intensity transcranial alternating current stimulation(Hi-tACS)in adolescents with bipolar depressive disorder(BDD).Methods A total of 41 adolescent female patients with BDD hospitalized in the Second People's Hospital of Guizhou Province from June 2024 to August 2025 were prospectively selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=21)and an observation group(n=20)using a random number table.Both groups received oral quetiapine fumarate tablets,while the observation group additionally underwent Hi-tACS treatment(77.5 Hz,15 mA)and the control group received only sham treatment.All patients received continuous treatment for 20 days.The 17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD-17),Social Disability Screening Schedule(SDSS),and Young Mania Rating Scale(YMRS)scores were assessed and compared between the two groups of patients before treatment,at the end of treatment,and at the 4th week after treatment completion.Adverse reactions during the treatment period were recorded.Results Comparison of HAMD-17,SDSS,and YMRS scores at all time points before and after treatment in the two groups showed statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in HAMD-17 score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).At the end of treatment and at the 4th week after treatment,the HAMD-17 scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(both P<0.01).There were no statistically significant differences in SDSS scores between the two groups before and at the end of treatment(both P>0.05),but the observation group had lower SDSS score than the control group at the 4th week after treatment(P<0.05).No statistically significant differences in YMRS scores were found between the two groups before treatment,at the end of treatment,or at the 4th week after treatment(all P>0.05).No hypomanic/manic conversion events were observed during the treatment period.Only one patient in the observation group reported mild skin stinging,which resolved spontaneously after a brief rest without affecting subsequent treatment.Conclusion Hi-tACS at 15 mA and 77.5 Hz can significantly improve depressive symptoms in adolescent BDD patients and promote the recovery of their social function.关键词
