杭州地区女性腰臀比与围绝经期症状的相关性分析
Analysis of the correlation between WHR and perimenopausal symptoms among women in Hangzhou area

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between waist-hip ratio(WHR)and perimenopausal symptoms in women in Hangzhou area.Methods A total of 1371 perimenopausal patients who visited Hangzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2022 to June 2025 were selected as the study subjects.Based on their WHR were classified as normal group(WHR<0.85,n=650)and were categorized as central obesity group(WHR≥0.85,n=721).The modified Kupperman index(KMI)was used to assess perimenopausal symptoms,and measurements of height,body mass index(BMI),waist circumference,and hip circumference were also recorded.Results The top three symptoms with the highest incidence in perimenopausal women in the Hangzhou area were:hot flashes,sweating,sexual dysfunction,tired and weak.Compared with normal group,age,BMI and waist circumference were significantly higher in central obesity group(P<0.05).Except for headache and pruritus,the incidence of perimenopausal symptoms in central obesity group was significantly higher than that in normal group(P<0.01).In addition to pruritus,the KMI scores and total scores of perimenopausal symptoms in central obesity group were significantly higher than those in normal group(P<0.05).Conclusion The WHR of women in Hangzhou area was associated with the occurrence and severity of perimenopausal symptoms,and weight loss,especially abdominal fat reduction,could decrease the occurrence of perimenopausal symptoms.关键词
