规范化四手操作联合口腔数码摄影在前牙黑三角树脂注射成型术中的应用效果
Application of standardized four-hand operation combined with digital dental photography in the injection molding of anterior black triangle resin

Abstract
Objective To explore application effect of standardized four-hand operation combined with digital dental photography in the injection molding of anterior black triangle(BT).Methods A total of 100 patients who presented with anterior BT(intermediate space width≥1mm)at Stomatological Hospital of Southern Medical University from January to October 2024 were selected as subjects.The patients were randomly divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)using a random number table.The control group received conventional care,while the observation group underwent standardized four-hand operation combined with digital dental photography.The aesthetic outcomes of the anterior teeth,patient satisfaction,and clinical nursing quality were compared between two groups.Results The aesthetic outcome of anterior teeth in observation group was significantly superior than that in control group.Patients'satisfaction and clinical nursing quality scores were significantly higher in observation group than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of efficient and standardized four-hand operation combined with digital dental photography in the injection molding of anterior BT composite resin can significantly improve the aesthetic outcome of the patients'anterior teeth,enhance patients'satisfaction,and elevate the quality of clinical care.关键词
