Abstract
Objective To investigate the mediating effect of rehabilitation self-efficacy on understanding social support and transthermia in elderly patients after hip fracture surgery.Methods A total of 244 patients with hip fractures admitted to Handan Central People's Hospital from March 2024 to June 2025 were selected as study subjects.Data collection and analysis were conducted using general information questionnaires,motor anxiety scale,rehabilitation self-efficacy scale,and perceived social support scale.Results Transthermia showed a negative correlation with understanding social support and rehabilitation self-efficacy(P<0.05).Understanding social support was positively correlated with rehabilitation self-efficacy(P<0.05).Rehabilitation self-efficacy partially mediated the relationship between understanding social support and transthermia,accounting for 45.06%of the total effect.Conclusion Understanding social support can directly negatively predict the level of movement anxiety in elderly patients after hip fracture surgery,while enhancing rehabilitation self-efficacy can indirectly reduce patients'movement anxiety.关键词
