Abstract
Objective:To explore the construction of a prediction model for postoperative pressure injuries in patients with spinal fractures.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 168 patients with spinal fractures admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from April 2022 to March 2025.The patients were divided into the pressure injury group(n=34)and the non-pressure injury group(n=134)based on whether they developed pressure injuries.General patient information was collected,and a multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to establish a risk prediction model and draw a nomogram for evaluation.Result:Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in obesity,moisture level,activity ability,nutritional intake ability,friction force,and shear force between the two groups(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis indicated that obesity,moisture level,activity ability,nutritional intake ability,friction force,and shear force were influencing factors for the occurrence of pressure injuries.The area under the ROC curve was 0.885,indicating that the model had good predictive ability.The DCA curve showed that within a wide range of threshold probabilities,the clinical application of this model could provide net benefits.The calibration curve demonstrated that the predicted probability was close to the actual probability,indicating a good fit.Conclusion:The constructed prediction model can better predict the occurrence of postoperative pressure injuries in patients with spinal fractures,providing reference for clinical measures.关键词
