Constructing a Cross-sector Training System for High-level Vocational Education Teachers with Chinese Characteristics

Abstract
Vocational education possesses distinct cross-sectoral attributes,and establishing a high-level cross-sector training system for vocational education teachers serves as a strategic pillar for promoting the high-quality development of vocational education.The cross-sector collaborative cultivation of high-level vocational education teachers requires breaking through the boundaries between governments,universities,vocational colleges,enterprises,and industry organizations,achieving the organic integration of subject cross-sector,field cross-sector,and elements cross-sector.The formation of this system follows the unity of value logic,system logic,institutional logic,and practical logic,relying on the combined effects of dynamic mechanisms,constraint mechanisms,and community mechanisms.The dynamic mechanism reveals the participation motivations of governments,enterprises,vocational colleges,and industry organizations.The constraint mechanism analyzes the inherent and external constraints of each subject.The community mechanism explains how institutional supply and mutual dependence at the system level drive deeper collaboration.To promote the construction of a cross-sector cultivation system for high-level vocational education teachers,it is necessary to stimulate the endogenous motivation of multiple subjects,build a cross-sector collaborative education ecosystem;clarify the role positioning and action norms of each subject,innovate training contents;coordinate teacher and team building,build a digital sharing platform,and improve cross-departmental governance structure and community culture.关键词
