"技术+教育"双元融合的高水平"双师型"职教教师培养模式探析
On High-level"Dual-qualified"Vocational Education Teacher Training Model Based on the Dual Integration of"Technology+Education"

Abstract
In response to the structural dilemma of the long-term separation of"technology"and"education"and the mismatch between supply and demand in the cultivation of vocational education teachers in China,a dual integration training model of"technology+education"is an important direction.This model pursues deep integration of knowledge structure,ability structure,and identity recognition in its connotation.In operation,it has established a collaborative guidance mechanism of"four mentors"and a"dual-embedded"vocational education ecosystem.Through the design of mechanisms at three levels:internal collaboration,external collaboration,and internal and external cycles,it achieves functional integration of multiple subjects and structural mutual embedding of the industry-education system.The dual integration model provides an operable practical path for the systematic cultivation of"dual-qualified"vocational education teachers and contributes local experience and theoretical reference to the reform of the vocational education teacher training system with Chinese characteristics.关键词
