行动者网络理论视角下行业产教融合共同体稳态运行研究
Study on the Steady-State Operation of Industry-education Integration Community from the Perspective of Actor-network Theory
摘要
Abstract
The construction of industry-education integration communities is a key strategic initiative in China's efforts to deepen reforms in its modern vocational education system.The development of such communities involves the collaborative participation of multiple entities,including government agencies,vocational colleges,and industry enterprises.By leveraging actor-network theory,this study examines the key stages of problem presentation,interests assignment,recruitment and mobilization,and dissent resolution to promote the stable operation of industry-education integration communities.Given that the construction and operation of industry-education integration community involve multiple entities,diverse values,and multiple interest demands from various entities,it is essential to establish a mechanism to ensure their steady-state operation.This mechanism should facilitate dynamic adaptation and collaborative coordination among all participating entities.Additionally,evaluation and incentive mechanisms should be implemented to achieve a symbiotic relationship among the interests of government,colleges,industries,and enterprises,thereby ensuring the healthy operation of the industry-education integration community ecosystem.关键词
