李庆海治疗慢性冠脉综合征常用角药经验
Li Qinghai's Experience of Using Triangle Drugs to Treat Chronic Coronary Syndrome

Abstract
Professor Li Qinghai proposes that,the core pathogenesis of chronic coronary syndrome is intermingling of Qi deficiency with phlegm and blood stasis.In clinical practice,professor Li emphasizes on supplementing Qi and strengthening the body resistance to treat the root cause.He often uses triangle drugs to activatie blood,resolve phlegm and remove impediment to address the manifestations,to coordinate the functions of the viscera,achieve harmony of Qi and blood,smooth circulation of the vessels.Accoring to the pathogenesis and symptoms of chronic coronary syndrome,Professor Li often uses the following triangle drug conbinations:using Huangqi(Astragali Radix)-Renshen(Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma)-Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)to enhance supplement Qi of heart and lung,strengthen spleen Qi,and tonify vital energy,multiply the effect of supplement Qi.Abundant Qi can promote blood circulation.Sanqi(Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma)-Honghua(Carthami Flos)-Puhuang(Typhae Pollen)can nourish blood,activate blood,and harmonize the blood vessels.Danshen(Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma)-Sanleng(Sparganii Rhizoma)-Ezhu(Curcumae Rhizoma)can invigorate blood circulation,eliminate blood stasis,and unblock the vessels.Gualou(Trichosanthis Fructus)-Xiebai(Allii Macrostemonis Bulbus)-Banxia(Pinelliae Rhizoma)can dry dampness,resolve phlegm,relieve chest stuffiness,and disperse nodules.Zhebeimu(Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus)-Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma)-Cangzhu(Atractylodis Rhizoma)can clear heat,resolve phlegm,disperse nodules,and eliminate stuffiness.Shuizhi(Hirudo)-Wugong(Scolopendra)-Biejia(Moschus)can eliminate blood stasis,attack hard accumulations,search out wind and dredge the collaterals.Yinyanghuo(Epimedii Folium)-Sangjisheng(Taxilili Herba)-Bajitian(Morindae Officinalis Radix)can tonify kidney Yang and invigorate kidney Qi.Chenpi(Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium)-Maiya(Hordei Fructus Germinatus)-Jineijin(Galli Gigerii Endothelium Corneum)can relieve food stagnation and protect stomach Qi.One proven case is attached.关键词
