Abstract
Addressing the characteristics of diverse elevator types,high passenger flow,frequent operation,and susceptibility to overload in public places such as airport terminals,as well as the potential security risks of di-rectly accessing control system information,a non-intrusive elevator operation status monitoring system is con-structed for round-the-clock monitoring.Furthermore,the elevator health evaluation method based on multi-source operational information is proposed,which uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method to determine subjective and objective weights respectively,integrates them via the minimum in-formation entropy principle to establish a combined weighting system,and applies the fuzzy comprehensive e-valuation method for real-time health assessment.Field experimental verification shows that the system can ef-fectively monitor elevator operational factors,vibrational factors,and environmental factors,and accurately iden-tify the impact of typical faults such as guide rail bending,step irregularities,and misalignment on elevator health.The actual deployment application demonstrates that the system operates stably,collects complete data,and holds significant practical importance in enhancing operational efficiency.关键词
