Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application value of serum pro-gastrin-releasing peptide precursor(ProGRP),cytokeratin 19 fragment(CYFRA21-1),and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)in the di-agnosis of lung cancer.Methods From November 2022 to November 2024,168 lung cancer patients admitted to the Gulou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Beijing were selected as the lung cancer group.An-other 50 patients with benign lung lesions and 50 healthy individuals undergoing physical examinations were included as the benign group and the healthy group respectively.The serum levels of ProGRP,CYFRA21-1 and CEA in the lung cancer group,the benign group and the healthy group were compared.The levels of Pro-GRP,CYFRA21-1 and CEA in lung cancer patients of different stages and different pathological types were al-so compared.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used,and the area under the curve(AUC)was calculated to evaluate the value of serum biomarkers in diagnosing lung cancer.Results Com-pared with other groups,the levels of serum ProGRP,CYFRA21-1 and CEA in the lung cancer group were higher(P<0.05).Compared with patients in Ⅰ-Ⅱ stage,those in Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage had higher levels of serum ProGRP,CYFRA21-1 and CEA(P<0.05).The levels of serum ProGRP in small cell lung cancer patients were higher than those in non-small cell lung cancer(P<0.05),while the levels of CYFRA21-1 and CEA in small cell lung cancer patients were lower than those in non-small cell lung cancer patients(P<0.05).A-mong the non-small cell lung cancer subtypes,the level of CYFRA21-1 in squamous cell carcinoma patients was significantly higher than that in adenocarcinoma(P<0.05),while the level of CEA in adenocarcinoma patients was significantly higher than that in squamous cell carcinoma(P<0.05).The AUC values for the in-dividual and combined detection of serum ProGRP,CYFRA21-1 and CEA in diagnosing lung cancer were 0.766,0.743,0.774 and 0.882 respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of serum Pro-GRP,CYFRA21-1 and CEA levels has a high clinical application value in the diagnosis of lung cancer.关键词
