摘要

Abstract

To address the problem of insufficient modeling precision in the existing hybrid switch configuration methods during the service restoration process of distribution networks,a coordinated planning method is proposed for remote-control switches(RCSs)and soft open points(SOPs)considering multi-stage service restoration.First,the collabora-tive service restoration process of RCSs and SOPs based on multiple stages of fault degradation,fault isolation and ser-vice restoration is analyzed.Second,a mathematical model for coordinated planning of RCSs and SOPs is established with an objective of minimizing the sum of life cycle cost of switch equipment and cost of load outage,while considering the operation constraints of SOPs,power flow constraints and network topology constraints at different service restora-tion stages.In addition,through nonlinear constraint transformation,this model is transformed into a mixed-integer sec-ond-order cone programming model to improve the solution efficiency.Finally,the test results of typical examples show that the coordinated configuration of RCSs and SOPs is superior in improving the power supply reliability and reducing the comprehensive cost.
