Vibro-acoustic weak coupling analysis model for hollow of exterior wall tiles modified by three-dimensional elasticity theory

Abstract
The failure of the internal bonding layer is a main cause of the hollow of exterior wall tiles,affect-ing the sound signals generated under excitation.The theoretical curves of the vibration fundamental frequency of a rectangular plate versus the area under three elastic boundary conditions were derived based on the three-dimensional elasticity theory.The hollow characteristics were simulated using a finite element-boundary element coupled model.By strengthening the in-plane displacement constraints of the bonded areas,the model parameters were corrected,and a vibro-acoustic weak coupling analysis model for the hollow of exterior wall tiles was established,realizing numerical simulation of hollow sound under multiple working conditions.The results show that,after correction,the mean absolute percentage error between the simulated hollow sound dominant frequencies and the experimental ones is 9.28%.The hollow area has a quantifiable nonlinear effect on the hollow sound dominant frequency,providing a theoretical basis for rapid identification and intelligent diagnosis of the hollow of exterior wall tiles.关键词
