Research Progress on Intestinal Injury Mechanisms and Probiotic Intervention Strategies in Weaned Young Rabbits
摘要
Abstract
China is a major country in rabbit industry.Since the ban on antibiotics in feed,diarrhea in weaned young rabbits has become an increasingly prominent problem,which has become the main factor leading to young rabbit mortality and reduced production efficiency,and severely restricts the industrial development.Weaning stress induces a series of intestinal health crises in young rabbits by causing intestinal flora disorder,intestinal barrier dysfunction and inflammatory responses.This review systematically summarizes the research progress on intestinal injury mechanisms of weaned young rabbits in recent years,focuses on the role of probi-otics as an intervention strategy in alleviating intestinal injury,and simultaneously evaluates its application pros-pects and challenges as a potential solution.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2026,38(5):3187-3197]关键词
