摘要

Abstract

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of compound acidifiers on the growth per-formance,serum inflammatory indices,and intestinal digestive enzyme activities and microbiota of weaned piglets.In experiment 1,a total of 192 Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire weaned piglets of 28-day-old were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups,with 6 replicates in each group and 8 pigs in each replicate(half male and half female).The control group was fed a corn-soybean meal type basal diet,while the experimental groups were fed the basal diets supplemented with 0.1%,0.3%and 0.5%compound acidifiers(malic acid,fumaric acid and aspartic acid),respectively.The experiment lasted for 28 days.In experiment 2,a total of 450 Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire weaned piglets of 43-day-old were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 5 replicates in each group and 45 pigs in each replicate.In the control group,the diet No.1 was supplemented with 0.5%benzoic acid and 0.3%formic acid,and the diet No.2 was supplemented with 0.3%benzoic acid;in the experimental group,the acidifiers in the control group were re-moved,the diet No.1 was supplemented with 0.3%compound acidifiers,and the diet No.2 was supplemented with 0.2%compound acidifiers.The experiment lasted for 31 days,including 14 days of feeding diet No.1 and 17 days of feeding diet No.2.The results showed as follows:1)in experiment 1,dietary supplementation with compound acidifiers had no significant effect on the growth performance of weaned piglets(P>0.05).Com-pared with the control group,the serum contents of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-1β,interleukin-6,monocyte chemoattractant protein 1 and lipopolysaccharide(LPS)in 0.3%and 0.5%compound acidifier groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the above indices were decreased linearly with the increase of the dietary supplementation level of compound acidifiers(P<0.05);the chymotrypsin activity in jejunum in 0.1%compound acidifier group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference trend in the β diversity of colonic microbiota(P=0.072);meanwhile,in 0.1%compound acidifier group,the Pseudomonadota relative abundance in colon showed a significantly increasing trend(P=0.067),the Strepto-coccus relative abundance in colon was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the Christensenellaceae_R-7_group relative abundance in colon showed a significantly decreasing trend(P=0.074).2)In Experiment 2,the replacement of benzoic acid and formic acid with the compound acidifiers had no significant effects on the growth performance,diarrhea rate,and serum inflammation and intestinal permeability indices of weaned pig-lets(P>0.05).In conclusion,an appropriate dietary supplementation level of compound acidifiers can enhance the anti-inflammatory ability of weaned piglets,reduce the serum LPS content,and improve intestinal health by increasing the chymotrypsin activity in jejunum and regulating the colonic microbiota.Meanwhile,the applica-tion effects of the compound acidifiers with a lower supplementation level are comparable to those of benzoic acid and formic acid.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2026,38(5):3349-3361]
