摘要

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the ideal amino acid(AA)pattern for Xueyu white chickens during brooding period.In experiment 1,the AA partial deletion method was used.A total of 176 fifteen-day-old fe-male Xueyu white chicks were used.Sixteen birds(8 replicates of 2 birds each)were euthanized at the start of the experiment for initial body composition determination.The remaining 160 birds were randomly assigned to 10 groups,each group with 8 replicates of 2 birds per replicate.The positive control(PC)group was fed a corn-soybean meal diet containing 18.84%intact protein and 20.05%crude protein(CP)formulated according to the recommended nutrient requirements for growing laying hens in the Chicken Feeding Standard(NY/T 33-2004).Low-protein group 1(LC1 group)was fed a corn-soybean meal diet containing 18.22%intact protein,with the contents of six target essential amino acids[EAAs:lysine(Lys),methionine(Met),argi-nine(Arg),threonine(Thr),valine(Val),isoleucine(Ile)]meeting 100%of the recommended levels.Low-protein group 2(LC2 group)was fed a corn-soybean meal diet containing 14.42%intact protein,with the six target EAAs meeting 80%of the recommended levels.The balanced diet group(BD group)was fed a corn-soybean meal balanced diet formulated by adding crystalline AAs to the diet of LC2 group,ensuring that the six target EAAs met 100%of the recommended levels.The remaining six groups were EAA partial deletion groups(Lys,Met,Arg,Thr,Val and Ile groups),fed corn-soybean meal diets in which 20%of the corre-sponding EAA was deleted by reducing the addition of crystalline AAs based on the BD diet.The experiment lasted for 21 days.In experiment 2,the standardized ileal AA digestibility of corn and soybean meal was deter-mined.A total of 126 twenty-two-day-old female Xueyu white chicks were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 7 birds per replicate.The three groups were fed a corn diet,a soybean meal diet or a nitrogen-free diet for 4 days,respectively.The results showed as follows:nitrogen retention(NR)and nitro-gen retention rate in the BD group were significantly higher than those in the PC,LC1 and LC2 groups(P<0.05).Compared with the BD group,both NR and nitrogen retention rate decreased to some extent in the six EAA partial deletion groups,among which NR in the Thr group and nitrogen retention rate in the Met group decreased significantly(P<0.05).Among the six EAA partial deletion groups,the Met group had the lowest nitrogen retention rate compared with the BD group,indicating that Met was the first limiting AA in the bal-anced diet for Xueyu white chickens during the brooding period.Based on NR,the post-absorptive ideal AAs pattern was calculated as Lys∶Met∶Arg∶Thr∶Val∶Ile=100∶41∶117∶75∶72∶69.In this pattern,the ratios of Met and Thr relative to Lys were 11%and 14%higher than those recommended in the Chicken Feeding Stand-ard(NY/T 33-2004),respectively.By determining the standardized ileal AA digestibility of corn and soy-bean meal,the corrected ideal digestible AAs pattern of the balanced diet was obtained as Lys∶Met∶Arg∶Thr∶Val∶Ile=100∶43∶126∶78∶75∶72.In conclusion,this study established the ideal AA pattern for Xueyu white chickens during the brooding period.This pattern indicates higher requirements for Met and Thr relative to Lys compared with the Chicken Feeding Standard(NY/T 33-2004).These results provide a scientific basis for precise nutrition and feed formulation for Xueyu white chickens during the brooding period.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2026,38(5):3417-3430]
