Abstract
According to the LTM4613 power supply made by Linear Technology Corporation in the United States,a high performance point-of-load converter is designed,especially for the application requirements of the military electronic components localization.The non-isolated synchronous Buck topology is employed,the design of main power circuit and each functional module of control circuit are expounded.LTCC substrate and thick film hybrid integrated assembly process is employed to improve the conversion efficiency and real-ize the load regulation of high power density.Comparing with the LTM4613,the results of experiment show that the functions are com-plete and the performance is comparable,pin-to-pin replacement applications are available,at the same time the assessment of high reli-ability application field is passed,meeting the needs of localization completely.关键词
