摘要

Abstract

A high-precision electric control valve control acquisition system is designed to meet the real-time data acquisition and precise control of the rotational opening of electric control valves in the rocket supply and distribution process in the aerospace field.The system adopts the main controller centered on STM32F407 and applies the fuzzy PID control algorithm to the control of the opening of the electric regulating valve.It can collect 4 channels of 4 mA~20 mA sensor signals and archive the data.It is also equipped with up-per computer software to achieve human-machine interaction.Through practical engineering verification,the system can measure 4 chan-nels of 4 mA~20 mA sensor signals with a measurement error of less than 0.05 mA,achieving high-precision control of rotational open-ing with a relative error of less than 1%,meeting the design requirements of the task book,and providing important reference for param-eter acquisition and opening control of electric throttle valves.
