Abstract
Objective To verify the stability, reliability, and sensitivity of the EMKA non-invasive animal physiological signal telemetry system in recording changes in cardiovascular system, respiratory function and other indicators in conscious Beagle dogs. Methods Two positive drug groups are set up:the Nicotinamide group and the Sotalol Hydrochloride group. The dose is 15 mg/kg for the Nicotinamide group, and 10 mg/kg for the Sotalol Hydrochloride group. The EMKA non-invasive animal physiological signal telemetry system is utilized to collect the animals'ECG,blood pressure, respiration, and body temperature parameters. Results Compared with those before drug administration, the respiratory rate, tidal volume, and minute ventilation of animals in the Nicotinamide group increased after administration. In the Sotalol Hydrochloride group, the heart rate of animals decreased after drug administration, and QT and QTc were prolonged to varying degrees. The blood pressure indicators of animals in the Sotalol Hydrochloride group also showed a downward trend after drug administration. The average body temperature of the 8 animals was normal. Conclusion Under the conditions of this experiment, the instrument PQ verification is in line with expectations, and the EMKA non-invasive animal physiological signal telemetry system can be used for the detection of ECG,blood pressure, respiration, and body temperature parameters in conscious dogs.关键词
