高校创新创业教育评价的"CIMCE五创阶梯"理论建构
Theoretical construction of the"CIMCE Five-Invention Ladder"for evaluating invention and entrepreneurship education in universities
摘要
Abstract
Based on constructivism and multiple intelligences theory,this paper proposes the Five-Invention Ladder theory,the core of which is to achieve a paradigm shift from"absolute outcome-oriented"to"relative competency-oriented".This theory redefines the five core competency ladders of"Creativity(C),Invention(I),Maker(M),Creation(C),and Entrepreneurship(E)",which have independent values and a spiral progression relationship,and constructs a hierarchical evaluation system that focuses on the process,respects differences,and empowers individuals.Combining the industrial characteristics of Foshan as a major manufacturing city and the practice of Foshan University,this paper elaborates on how the theory responds to the local industry's demand for multi-level innovative talents and guides curriculum,teaching,and teacher reform.The research shows that the"CIMCE Five-Invention Ladder"theory provides a new theoretical tool and practical guide for reconstructing the evaluation system of invention education in universities and serving the transformation and upgrading of the local manufacturing industry.关键词
