特色中药现代产业学院的建设思路、发展瓶颈与实践探索

Abstract
The Modern Industrial Institute for Traditional Chinese Medicine with Unique Characteristics represents a novel educational model that effectively consolidates resources from various stakeholders,including government,higher education institutions,and enterprises,to foster a collaborative mechanism for talent cultivation.Within this framework,each participating entity assumes critical responsibilities such as talent development,scientific innovation,and industrial practice,based on its functional orientation,thereby driving the high-quality development of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)industry.However,the current development of these institutes faces significant challenges,including insufficient depth in industry-education integration,difficulties in collaborative education among multiple stakeholders,and low enthusiasm from enterprises.These bottlenecks limit the institutes'potential to meet national strategic needs and industry requirements.To further propel the development of the Modern Industrial Institute for TCM with Unique Characteristics,this paper proposes a systematic approach to construction and practical exploration.Firstly,it is essential to redefine the institute's development orientation to ensure alignment with national TCM industry strategies.Secondly,deepening industry-education integration through innovative teaching models and research mechanisms will enhance the institute's talent development quality and scientific innovation capabilities.Additionally,constructing efficient service platforms and management systems will optimize resource allocation and management efficiency.Ultimately,through the implementation of these strategies,the Modern Industrial Institute for TCM with Unique Characteristics will better serve the national TCM industry,cultivate more high-quality talents meeting industry demands,and drive the modernization and internationalization of the TCM industry.关键词
