科研反哺视角下仪器类专业学生竞赛的培育路径与实践

Abstract
This paper proposes a teaching reform model of"transformation of scientific research achievements-cultivation of competition ability-improvement of educational effectiveness"to address the problem of the disconnect between scientific research and practical teaching in the cultivation of innovative practical ability for college student majoring in Instrument Science and Technology.By utilizing the research project of"the fabrication and applications of MEMS vapor cell chip",a cultivation system of"topic incubation-team foundation-competition guidance-achievement transformation"is systematically constructed,and the key technologies,such as MEMS chip design and fabrication,has been transformed into the competition practice content.The practice shows that the innovative thinking and practical abilities of students have been improved significantly.The proposed competition project has won the second prize of the National 3D Digital Innovation Design Competition 16th Anniversary Elite League in the national final contest.The achievements provide a practical innovative paradigm for deepening the integration of science and education and improving the quality of education for the major of Instrument Science and Technology of universities.关键词
