Analysis on the Medication Rules for Treating Consumptive Disease in Jingui Yi Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform

Abstract
Objective To investigate the medication rules of prescriptions for consumptive disease in Jingui Yi using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform(V 2.5),aiming to provide novel insights for modern clinical practice.Methods Prescriptions for consumptive disease from Jingui Yi were collected and analyzed via the platform for herb frequency,properties(four natures and five flavors),meridian tropism,formulation patterns,and new prescription generation.Results A total of 26 prescriptions involving 87 herbs were analyzed.High-frequency herbs included Ginseng,Licorice,Poria,Cinnamon Bark,Angelica,Bupleurum,and White Peony.Herbs predominantly exhibited warm nature,sweet,bitter,pungent flavors,and meridian tropism to the spleen,lung,and kidney.Using modified mutual information and entropy clustering analysis,21 core herb pairs and one novel prescription were identified with correlation coefficient≥0.07.Conclusion This study elucidated the medication rules for consumptive disease in Jingui Yi,offering a valuable reference for optimizing clinical treatment strategies.关键词
