Abstract
Objective To explore the medication rules of Professor Yang Xiaoping in treating chronic atrophic gastritis,and to summarize clinical medication experience of Professor Yang.Methods The outpatient initial prescriptions from Professor Yang's patients with effective treatment outcomes for chronic atrophic gastritis in 2023 and 2024 were collected.Data was standardized and analyzed using Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform 3.0,revealing prescription and medication rules of Professor Yang.Results A total of 65 outpatient prescriptions involving 96 Chinese medicinal herbs were analyzed,with total drug usage frequency of 946.High-frequency herbs included Bupleurum,Pinellia,Hippopotamus horn,Licorice,Poria,Scutellaria,Soappod prick,and Dandelion.Dominant meridians were spleen,stomach,and liver.Flavor profiles primarily featured pungent,bitter,sweet,and salty tastes,while four natures mainly showed warm and neutral properties.Therapeutic functions emphasized clearing heat and detoxifying,drying dampness and resolving phlegm,and soothing the liver and resolving depression.Cluster analysis identified two core drug groups.Conclusion Professor Yang in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis primarily focuses on spleen and liver regulation,emphasizing clearing heat,detoxifying,and resolving dampness-phlegm,while also incorporating liver-soothing effects.关键词
