韩祖成教授从肝风夹浊论治高血压性眩晕的中西医结合临证经验
Professor Han Zucheng's Clinical Experience in Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Hypertensive Vertigo from the Perspective of Liver Wind Complicated with Turbidity

Abstract
This paper systematically summarized the unique academic thoughts and clinical experience of Professor Han Zucheng,a famous traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)physician in Shaanxi Province,in treating hypertensive vertigo from the perspective of"liver wind complicated with turbidity".Professor Han held that the core pathogenesis of this disease is yin deficiency of the liver and kidney,with water failing to nourish wood,leading to liver yang transforming into wind,or emotional disturbance causing stagnation transforming into fire and generating wind,which is called"liver wind".Meanwhile,dysfunction of the spleen and stomach leads to accumulation of dampness and production of phlegm,or prolonged illness entering the collaterals and forming stasis,which is called"turbid pathogen".Wind and turbid pathogen intertwine with each other and disturb the upper orifices,resulting in vertigo.In treatment,Professor Han emphasized the mode of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine thinking,took the holistic concept and syndrome differentiation of TCM as the core,flexibly applied the methods of"calming wind,resolving turbidity,and unblocking collaterals",and skillfully combined the understanding of hypertension in Western medicine to achieve synergistic effect of TCM and Western medicine.By exploring the theoretical origin,expounding the understanding of pathogenesis,summarizing the characteristics of syndrome differentiation and medication,and attaching one typical medical case,this paper demonstrated the exquisite clinical thinking of Professor Han,so as to provide reference for the integrated diagnosis and treatment of hypertensive vertigo.关键词
