中药热奄包治疗脾胃虚寒型上腹痛综合征临床观察
Chinese Medicine Fomentation Package in the Treatment of Upper Abdominal Pain Syndrome of Spleen and Stomach Deficiency Cold Type

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine fomentation package in treating upper abdominal pain syndrome of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type.Methods Ninety patients with upper abdominal pain syndrome of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type in Pinggu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into a control group(45 cases,treated with Aluminum Magnesium suspension)and a treatment group(45 cases,treated with Chinese medicine fomentation package combined with Aluminum Magnesium suspension)using a random number table method.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom scores,and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores between the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),but the cure rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group had significantly lower scores for stomach pain,stomach distension,poor appetite,fatigue,loose stools,cold intolerance,total symptom score,and VAS score compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine fomentation package in treating upper abdominal pain syndrome of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type could improve clinical cure rate and clinical symptoms,and alleviate patient pain.关键词
