摘要
Abstract
Pancreatic cancer is a common malignancy of the digestive system,with high malignancy,difficulty in early diagnosis,and poor efficacy of surgery,radiotherapy,and chemotherapy,which leads to an extremely poor prognosis.Therefore,it is of great significance to ex-plore safe and effective new diagnosis and treatment schemes to solve the current situation.Owing to their unique optical properties and excellent biocompatibility,nanomaterials have been used in the research and development of nanoscale assisted diagnosis and nanoscale drugs,and the design of drug delivery systems.Combined with the existing research results,herein the emerging role of nanomaterials in the early diagnosis and precision treatment of pancreatic cancer is summarized,and the application prospects and challenges of nanomaterials are considered,hoping to bring new opportunities for the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer.关键词
