基于"心胃相关"理论论治慢性萎缩性胃炎伴抑郁焦虑探讨
Discussion on the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with Depression and Anxiety Based on the Theory of"Heart-Stomach Correlation"

Abstract
This paper presents a theoretical exploration of treating chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)complicated by depression and anxiety based on the"heart-stomach correlation"theory.The disease location of CAG is in the stomach.Depression and anxiety are not only pathological consequences of CAG but also contributing factors to its development.In traditional Chinese medicine,the heart and stomach are considered closely related—they share interconnected meridians,are physiologically associated,and pathologically affect each other.Dysfunction of heart spirit(Shen)is the root cause of CAG complicated by depression and anxiety,while disharmony between the heart and stomach is the key to disease progression.The specific manifestations include:the spleen failing to transport and transform,leading to malnourishment of the heart spirit;earth failing to subdue fire,resulting in true Yang floating externally;and stomach earth failing to descend,causing the heart spirit to vacillate upward.In clinical treatment,regulating the middle(spleen and stomach)should be combined with calming the spirit.Appropriate therapeutic methods contain:invigorating the spleen and supplementing Qi,nourishing the blood and calming the spirit;strengthening the spleen and resolving phlegm,tranquilizing the heart and calming the spirit;smoothing the middle and relieving depression,regulating and harmonizing the heart spirit;draining the heart to calm the spirit,clearing and venting stomach heat;and nourishing Yin to pacify the heart,supplementing Yin and benefiting the stomach.关键词
