Exploring the Composition and Fundamental Research of Yanghe Decoction Based on"Valuing Resolution While Avoiding Drainage"

Abstract
By elucidating the composition of Yanghe Decoction,along with the understanding of its therapeutic mechanism and efficacy in treating Yin-type carbuncles(abscesses),and in light of the academic proposition that"valuing resolution while avoiding drainage",this study explores the formula compatibility principle embedded in the classic famous prescription Yanghe Decoction.It has been indicated that Yanghe Decoction is no longer restricted to the treatment of Yin-type disorders in TCM surgery;its clinical application has been extended to managing diseases across multiple disciplines.Basic research on Yanghe Decoction has largely focused on tumor-related conditions.Its anti-tumor effects are primarily exerted through four mechanisms:inhibiting tumor cell proliferation and inducing apoptosis;regulating the tumor microenvironment;suppressing tumor cell invasion and metastasis;and preventing precancerous lesions while inducing tumor cell differentiation.Furthermore,these anti-tumor actions are highly consistent with its formulation philosophy of"valuing resolution while avoiding drainage."关键词
