基于整合皮肤性病学理念探究治疗银屑病的中药药理与临床应用
Investigation into the Pharmacology and Clinical Use of Chinese Herbal Medicine for Psoriasis:An Integrated Dermatovenereology Perspective

Abstract
This article elaborates on the connotation and development of integrated medicine and integrated dermatovenereology,emphasizing their core value in breaking through the limitations of subspecialty fragmentation and integrating multidisciplinary resources and factors.It reviews the research progress in psoriasis,including findings on lipid metabolism abnormalities,the role of CD147 gene,discovery of related pathogenic genes,and pathogenic factors.On this basis,it analyzes the intrinsic compatibility between traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and integrated dermatovenereology.Furthermore,it introduces the therapeutic effects and mechanisms of active components of Chinese herbal medicine,such as boswellic acid and astilbin,in the treatment of psoriasis.The review also summarizes the pharmacological basis of TCM,including meridian tropism theory,efficacy,and therapeutic principles,and explores the integrated application pathways of TCM and modern medicine,encompassing the integration of basic research and clinical practice,macro and micro perspectives,as well as combination drug strategies.At present,TCM,with its multi-target,multi-level holistic regulatory characteristics,offers unique advantages in the prevention of psoriasis before its onset,intervention to prevent its progression,and management to prevent recurrence after remission.Grounded in the concept of integrated dermatovenereology,promoting the deep integration of TCM and modern medicine represents an important direction for future research on the diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis.关键词
