白头翁汤灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎有效性及安全性的Meta分析
Meta-Analysis of the Efficacy and Safety of Baitouweng Decoction Enema in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

Abstract
Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Baitouweng Decoction enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods:A systematic literature search was conducted in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP Database,Wanfang Database,and PubMed for the period from January 2012 to December 2021.Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)investigating Baitouweng Decoction enema for the treatment of UC were identified.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software.Results:A total of 25 studies were included in the meta-analysis.The results showed that the experimental group was superior to the control group in terms of clinical efficacy(OR=4.71,95%CI:3.60-6.16,P<0.01),improved Mayo score(SMD=-0.61,95%CI:-0.91--0.31,P<0.01),improvement in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores including abdominal pain score(SMD=-2.63,95%CI:-3.73 to-1.52,P<0.01),diarrhea score(SMD=-2.71,95%CI:-3.91 to-1.51,P<0.01),and bloody purulent stool score(SMD=-2.72,95%CI:-3.73 to-1.71,P<0.01),as well as reducing the incidence of adverse reactions(OR=0.33,95%CI:0.21-0.53,P<0.01).Conclusion:The retention enema with Baitouweng Decoction has a definite therapeutic effect on UC.It can alleviate symptoms such as abdominal pain,diarrhea,and bloody purulent stools,promote the repair of intestinal mucosal lesions,and has a favorable safety profile.关键词
