Visualization Analysis of Hotspots in Traditional Chinese Medicine for the Treatment of Hypertension
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the research status of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hypertension and to identify the research directions and hotspots.Methods:Relevant studies on traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of hypertension were retrieved from the China Journal Full-text Database(CJFD),Chinese Sci-Tech Journal Database(VIP),China Academic Journals Database(CAJD),China Biology Medicine Database(CBM),Web of Science Core Collection,as well as PubMed,Embase,and Cochrane Library databases.VOSviewer 1.6.18 and COOC 12.6 software were used to extract the publication year,authors,institutions,and keywords from the included studies,so as to generate a collaboration network map of high-producing authors and a cluster network map of high-frequency keywords.Results:The overall number of domestic and international publications showed an increasing trend.A total of 11 collaborative groups were formed among major Chinese authors,and 10 among major international authors,with limited inter-group collaboration;Yueyang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine published the most Chinese articles(n=32),while Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine published the most international articles(n=26).High-frequency Chinese keywords were clustered into 8 categories,and high-frequency international keywords into 4 categories.The most frequent Chinese keywords included"hypertension,""essential hypertension,"and"traditional Chinese medicine,"while the most frequent international keywords included"male,""aged,"and"middle aged."Conclusion:The number of domestic and international publications on traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of hypertension has shown an increasing trend,with Chinese literature occupying a dominant position in this field.However,collaboration among different author teams remains insufficient.As the research scope expands and the level of research deepens,research teams should strengthen cooperation,break down research barriers,and foster a new academic atmosphere characterized by knowledge sharing and joint efforts to address key challenges.关键词
